I absolutely LOVE photographing small intimate weddings. This wedding was no exception! Renee and Fred, along with their 30ish guests, came to Montana from all over the country, for a wedding under the big sky. They were married on August 7 in the historical Virginia City, Montana. The intimate ceremony was held in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, the reception was at Banditos, and Leslie Lukas is responsible for the beautiful flower arrangements. Renee was timelessly beautiful, and took everyone’s breath away. She was positively glowing, not only on the outside, but on the inside as well. Fred couldn’t take his eyes off her! The love, friendship, and emotion that surrounded the two of them on their wedding day blew my away. Their passion, support, and love for one another was truly unique. Congratulations again Renee & Fred! I wish you the best on your new journey together! Here are some of my favorites from the day…I have to warn you…there’s a bunch! I always have such a hard time narrowing them down because there are SO many good ones! The bouquet toss picture, and the cake eating pictures, simply crack me up!
These pictures are absolutely gorgeous, I especially love the one of the bride as she is starting to tear up. It shows such raw beauty and unbridal emotion. What a wonderful couple, they look truly happy together.
